Dante Ciccone: Owner
Dante is the business founder, establishing the business in October 1997. He is the heart of the exceptional customer service received at Erie Muffler and Brake Ltd. He was born and raised in Port Colborne and has a strong sense of community spirit.
“Our customers are number one at our shop,” he said.
Dante’s drive for top customer service experiences has led to the shop winning many service awards over the years.
Nate Van Natten: Service Technician
Nate has a passion for car repair. He is interested in vintage cars.
“But, really, I just love helping people with good, honest repairs,” he says. “I’m very happy when I see the smiles on the faces of satisfied customers.”
He is currently studying to become a Class A Technician.
Nick Ellis: Class A Technician
Nick has a ton of experience servicing vehicles of all makes and models. He is also very customer-oriented.
“I enjoy working here; it gives me lots of opportunities to meet and help new people,” he says.
Matt Andrews: Apprentice
Matt has had a passion for working on cars all his life.
“I have been working of vehicles since I was a kid,” Matt said. “Here I do the work I enjoy and get to help people out.”
Drake DeGuire: Apprentice
“I have truly found my calling,” Drake says.
“The team here is great to work with, the customers are fantastic, and I’m doing something I truly love.”
